After collecting advance..no service. Its pity that during covid also staff bring tea in plastic cover. No flask. Staff do not ask customer about tea tiffin etc on time. 1400/- CHARGED. Bc time TV. POOR MANAGEMENT

I visted vishakapatnam and booked this hotel by goibibo . The reason i booked this hotel is by looking the reviews and highly disappointed after reaching this hotel the room alloted to me is untidy and asked service people to clean the room but they gave me unexpected reply saying the cleaning team were on off duty, and the time is already 11pm so i was in a helpless situation and adjusted my self to stay but i wonder that i found many gutkha packets under my bed. I immediately called to goibibo service here the other twist is the goibibo service member started bargaining that they will revert 200 rs which I can use that for other stay. But after submitting all the photos of the room and bathroom the service person came down and saying he will revert my half of the paid money. I myself convinced because no piece of energy is left in me as the discussions went till 1am. So after walking up in the morning they changed my room as i felt very thankful to goibibo for taking my concern but felt pity on me as they alotted a room which is little clean but very uncomfortable with a portable TV which is not functioning and the glass window of the bathroom which is half-broken and after seeing this even my heart is totally broken and this time again i took video and sent to goibibo. And this time with a great heart goibibo gave me 50 rs back. Finally i came out of the hotel before my checkout and went to movie which is near by with my language and went to railway station and catched my train. The reason for sharing this experience to make aware that dont believe or confirm that whatever is shown in the apps like goibibo/oyo/reviews will be 100% true . Untill and unless you personally confirm it. wihing all your journeys should be happy and comfortable.

A budget hotel located near bus stand and railway stations. The rate is bit on higher side as compared to the hotels nearby as the rooms are better in condition specially in terms of condition of toilet and bathroom. I personally took it as a transit hotel and am happy with it. But i will recommend you to book these hotels through stayzilla or at desk. Sites like agoda and booking.com are not so known to the desk person.

We stayed here for 3 days. The rooms were very cheap. The staff were nice and polite to us. Our room was nothing fancy but it was very neat and clean. Even the washroom was fresh and good. For these prices I would say it is a really good hotel to stay in.
